Welcome to Cardiff and Vale College (CAVC). During your stay in Wales you will improve your English, experience a range of sessions delivered by our specialist lecturers, explore Welsh culture and history, and visit some of the UK's most famous destinations.

Welcome to Cardiff and Vale College! We are delighted to welcome students and teachers from Chongming to Wales for two weeks of learning, cultural experiences and unforgettable memories.

During the programme you will:

  • Improve your English language skills.

  • Learn from specialist Cardiff and Vale College lecturers.

  • Experience British culture and history.

  • Visit Cardiff, Barry Island, Oxford, Bath and London.

  • Make new friends from around the world.

  • Graduate with a Cardiff and Vale College Certificate.

  • Please be ready to leave accommodation at the times shown in the programme.

  • Arrive at the meeting point on time for each activity.

  • Wear comfortable shoes for walking tours and excursions.

  • Bring a reusable water bottle and clothing suitable for the weather.

  • Follow the guidance of Cardiff and Vale College staff throughout the programme.

  • The programme may change due to weather, transport or operational requirements. Any changes will be communicated by the International Team.
